Keith Osier was born and raised in Syracuse, NY. After graduating from Henniger high school, Keith began landscaping as a means of earning extra money. As a self starter, that “hobby” eventually grew into what is now Osier Landscaping and Construction. After becoming partners with Anthony in 2000, the company was incorporated in 2001 and has been growing ever since. As a well known member of the community, Keith is responsible for much of the sales growth the company has experienced over the years. Working in the landscape industry for 20 plus years, Keith has gained extensive business experience as well as landscape technique and design knowledge.

Anthony Ciarico is a native of Rochester, NY. After high school he attended the State University of New York at Cobleskill where he earned an associates degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Technology and a Bachelors degree in Animal Husbandry/Fisheries and Aquaculture. After college he worked for many years on the West coast in various Fisheries and Forestry positions including the U.S. Forest Service, California Fish and Game and Utility Forestry. After returning to Syracuse in 2000, he became partners with Keith Osier to form Osier Landscape and Construction. Anthony is also a certified pesticide technician for the company and through education, work experience and training has gained extensive knowledge of tree, shrub and turf grass identification, life history and disease and pest recognition.
